About me
I’m Derick, a video production specialist with a decade of experience in television, documentary, corporate staging/event production, music videos, and live visual installations. I have a Part 107 drone license and have a private pilot license in progress.
When I’m not on set or editing, you can find me flying around Connecticut, filming live music on an old tape camera, spending time with my girlfriend and our dog and cats, and collecting VHS and cassettes.
My favorite projects to work on are with devoted creatives and thought leaders crafting meaningful messages. You may notice many of my projects don’t look alike, and that is because I bring an open mind to each of them. My creative process includes my clients’ vision and goals more than my own and I use my expertise to guide and not commandeer the process.
